The private medical school has clinical education campuses in Illinois, Carbondale and Houghton Lake, Michigan. The school’s administrative offices are located in Monee, Illinois. The university was established in 1998 in Turks and Caicos on Grand Turk Island.
It was founded by Dr. Srinivas Gaddam. At the beginning it had 8 students. The school relocated to Birdrock in 2000, a town in Saint Kitts with 12 students. In 2006 the school began construction on its new Cayon campus. The Windsor Campus at Cayon currently consists of 6 buildings. The most recent building, which is the Robert Llewellyn Bradshaw building, was completed in 2010. Student enrollment at the time was 1100 students.

University Introduction:
The MD program at the university is a 10semester course of study. There are 3 semesters every calendar year. Basic Science semester consists of semester 1-4. They are completed at the school saint Kitt’s campus. Introduction to Clinical Medicine is done in semester 5. It is completed at Saint Kitts campus or at one of the schools three clinical education campuses in the United States. Semester 6-10 entails Clinical Clerkships completed at hospitals in the United States or Joseph Nathaniel France Federal Hospital in Saint Kitts. The university is chartered in Saint Kitts and is also accredited by the Accreditation Board of Saint Kitts and Nevis.
